It is owned and operated by Paradise Investor Co., Ltd. and supported by Nyegaard Thai Investor Co., Ltd. The 146 hotel rooms in the 8 stories beach front building are available for long lease at amazing prices. (Lessee is welcome to stay in and provided with hotel standard serviced without time-limitation, and while lessee is away the room will be utilized as a hotel room in order to generate a high level of income back of to the lessee.)

Term of Payment
Reservation fee 60,000 .- Baht Contract signing 40% of total cost next down payment 40% when building is sealed. The last 20% when construction is completed Legal Binding
Clients and company will be bind by a lease contract. The term of contract is 10 years with renewable option for another 10 years. Clients are able to enter the contract individually and on their own behalf. No company formation is needed nor Thai citizenship is required. This is due to the non-land transaction and just an ordinary business agreement. No rule of 49%--51% ownership involved.

Marketing for hotel operation The Pattaya Beach Resort will be decorated and provide facilities at 4 star hotel standard. However, the marketing strategy includes pricing will be positioned at 3 star standard. The concept of service is guest-friendly, casual and cozy. This would enable the resort to penetrate into the vacant gap in pattaya’s hotel industry. Thus, this would also enable the expense minimizing and occupancy rate maximizing for the business, especially when comparing to the big chain formal hotels or even small hotels on little streets. The primary target market includes FITs, internet booking travelers with the support from tour operators to generate cash flow and keep up the level of income if the occupancy rate is unusually low.
